The free walk through is a 15 minute no obligation walk through of your home after which an approximate price for the consultation and/or hands-on staging or home re-design services will be given.

The consultation service is specifically aimed at the home owner who wants to do the work by themselves. The goal of this consultation is to provide the client with an initial starting point as to how best prepare the home for transformation whether it be for selling the home or improving the home you wish to continue living in.

After the on-site consultation lasting about an hour, during which DESIGN Home Staging visits your home, you will recieve a written "to-do" list that underlines key areas that should be adressed before the home goes to market or, if you are not selling, suggestions to how best create a more comfortable and creative living space.

The suggested list can be performed by the homeowner or DESIGN Home Staging can, if you desire, offer a price quote to complete all or some of the work by her home design team. Re-Designing & Staging Occupied Homes
This "hands-on" service involves using the existing home furnishings in a more effective way to create a more appealing layout or atmosphere.
